Declaration of Consent and Terms of Participation
1. Consent for Image and Audio Recordings
Participants authorize Airbus SE, SG Airbus, their respective affiliates, and authorized third parties to capture, reproduce, and distribute recordings featuring the Participants' image and/or voice.
- Scope of Use: This authorization applies to all communication media, including but not limited to print products and digital formats.
- Remuneration and Rights: This consent is granted free of charge and on a non-exclusive basis.
- Protection of Rights: The aforementioned parties shall ensure that no recordings are utilized in a manner that violates the dignity, reputation, or private life of the participants.
2. Health and Fitness Requirements
Participation in the event occurs at the Participants' own risk. Eligibility is contingent upon a sufficient state of health and physical fitness appropriate for the activities performed during the event.
3. Liability and Comprehensive Confirmation
- Liability: The organizer assumes no liability for damages of any kind, including but not limited to accidents, personal injury, or theft.
- Comprehensive Confirmation of Terms: By registering a team, the registrant formally confirms that all participants have been informed of, and have expressly consented to, the entirety of these Terms and Conditions. This confirmation explicitly covers the health requirements, the waiver of liability, and the processing and publication of data, photographs, and film recordings as outlined above.
